This hotel really could not be better located, right in the centre of Reykjavik's old town just round the corner from Parliament Square. It could indeed be said that it is located right on the spot where Reykjavik began its history as during the building of the hotel archaeological remains were discovered which could well have been part of the original settlement.

The medium sized rooms are among those of the highest quality in Iceland. They are very modern despite the hotel's traditional exterior. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in exceptional condition.

国際的な雰囲気を持つ、すばらしく内装されたハイクラスのホテル。たぶんアイスランドで最高のホテル。（01年3月現在）

市の中心部から車で５分の場所にある国内線用のReykjavik city airportの横に位置する。

客室は高いスタンダードに改装されており、明るいブルーと黄色が華やかなインテリアで、良い状態に保たれている。 客室はさほど広いとはいえない。

レストラン
１階に位置するレストランはちょっと狭いが、この親しげで居心地の良い空間では名物料理としてシーフード料理を味わうことができる。

概要
全面改装されて、質の高いホテルとなっている。 ホテルのロケーションから空港の騒音が心配されるが、全ての客室には防音装置が施され、飛行機の音はシャットアウトされている。また、実際のところこの空港は22時から翌朝7時までの間は使用されていない。 レイキャビックの観光の拠点としては最適なホテルで、“Flybus”（空港リムジンバス）の最初の停留所でもある。 （2005年1月現在／RY）

朝食はホテルの背後にあるレストランで用意され、ロビー奥の小道を通っていく。

概要
申し分の無い水準のホテルである。ロケーションが中心まで徒歩10-15分ほどであるが､お勧めできるホテルである。2003年11月現在

街で一番高い建物の大聖堂にとても近い。 レイキャビクの旧市街中心へは徒歩で約5分である。抜群の立地と言えよう。 ホテルの前には市バスとエアポートバスの停留所がある。

部屋のサイズはスモールからミディアムで、バスルーム共に状態はよい。 部屋はモダンでシンプルなデザイン。 カーペットと壁紙は明るいパステルカラーで、緑の椅子が置かれている。

レストラン
朝食のだされるダイニングルームと、終日韓国料理をだすCafe Kim（ロビー左）がある。ロビー右からバーを通って、団体にとても人気のある伝統的アイスランドステーキハウスであるThe Randara Restaurantがある。

ほとんど完璧な立地に建つ、Reykjavickを散策するのに理想的な中くらいのランクのホテル。（01年3月現在）

部屋はミディアムサイズで、きれいに整備されている。 全室とも贅沢さはないが機能的に整備され、ソフトピンクとイエローで装飾されている。 バスルームの手入も行き届いている。

レストラン
1階にあるレストランはとても広く、郷土料理、各国料理が楽しめる。 隣にはとても人気のあるバーがある。
